Abstract
⺠We explored the intra-species genetic diversity in Oenococcus oeni. ⺠An overview of the abundance and environment of IS30 in the pangenome is given. ⺠Genetic sub-populations described through MLST differ in their IS30 content. ⺠Possible IS30 impacts on bacterial adaptation are discussed.
