Abstract
⺠Disinfection of P. oxalicum spores inoculated on wheat grains was conducted using supercritical CO2. ⺠Amount of water cosolvent was the most significant parameter for spore inactivation. ⺠Optimal disinfection conditions produced a 6.41 log10 CFU reduction of P. oxalicum spores inoculated on wheat grains. ⺠Addition of water cosolvent resulted in lower germination yields such as 0 to 32.5%.
