Abstract
►Food matrix interfered with survival of L. amylovorus during passage through TIM-1. ►Prebiotic GOS increased L. amylovorus survival determined in TIM-1. ►Partially skimmed milk increased L. amylovorus survival assessed in the in vitro model. ►Co-administration with Bb-12 increased L. amylovorus survival tested in TIM-1. ►GOS compounds were promptly used by L. amylovorus and Bb-12 in TIM-1.
