Abstract
âºFood matrix interfered with survival of L. amylovorus during passage through TIM-1. âºPrebiotic GOS increased L. amylovorus survival determined in TIM-1. âºPartially skimmed milk increased L. amylovorus survival assessed in the in vitro model. âºCo-administration with Bb-12 increased L. amylovorus survival tested in TIM-1. âºGOS compounds were promptly used by L. amylovorus and Bb-12 in TIM-1.
