Abstract
⺠Development of qPCR tests based on otanpsPN gene to quantify ocratoxin A-producing molds. ⺠No inhibition effect was observed due to the different food matrices and qPCR methodology used. ⺠The SYBR Green and TaqMan qPCR developed showed high sensitivity in foods detecting from 1 to 10 conidia/g. ⺠The qPCR developed should be used to monitor OTA-producing molds in foods.
