Abstract
⺠A RCAMS system was developed to concentrate human norovirus from food samples. ⺠Kinetics study suggests 120 min is required for good recovery of the virus. ⺠Water wash followed by CBS adjustment resulted in an enhanced recovery of virus. ⺠RCAMS is a more sensitive, rapid and simple method than PEG method.
