Abstract
⺠Authentication of “Picota” type sweet cherries using real-time PCR. ⺠A total of six primer pairs were designed and assessed for real-time PCR. âºÂ The F-AP2/R-AP2 primers differentiated Picota type cherries. ⺠This method could be used routinely to detect the falsification of Picota cultivars.
