Abstract
⺠Wild greens can be incorporated in modern diets as sources of antioxidants. ⺠Nutrient and non-nutrient profile of wild greens was achieved. ⺠R. induratus revaled the highest levels of antioxidants. ⺠R. nasturtium-aquaticum showed the healthier PUFA/SFA and n-6/n-3 ratios. ⺠B. officinalis proved to be a source of GLA, and other n-6 fatty acids.
