Abstract
► Wild greens can be incorporated in modern diets as sources of antioxidants. ► Nutrient and non-nutrient profile of wild greens was achieved. ► R. induratus revaled the highest levels of antioxidants. ► R. nasturtium-aquaticum showed the healthier PUFA/SFA and n-6/n-3 ratios. ► B. officinalis proved to be a source of GLA, and other n-6 fatty acids.
