Abstract
⺠We incorporate a biofuels model within a partial equilibrium modelling system. ⺠The impact of an increase in EU biofuel demand on agricultural markets is examined. ⺠Increasing biofuels demand raises the demand and prices for crops. ⺠The increased demand for crops is mostly sourced from changes in EU net trade.
