Abstract
⺠The merger of agriculture and energy markets is a basis for the biofuel discourse. ⺠Various contradictions prevent the biofuel discourse from achieving coherence. ⺠The biofuel discourse is a carrier of policies supporting industrial agriculture. ⺠The biofuel discourse intensifies and transforms food and feed production modes. ⺠It is critical to look at biofuels from the perspective of food vs. food dilemma.
