Abstract
⺠We study the level of technical efficiency in the olive oil industry from a multi-output perspective. ⺠We examine olive oil production in quantitative and qualitative terms and the environmental impact of the production process. ⺠We find a medium-high level of relative efficiency at the three indices. ⺠We conclude the importance of efficiency factors involving production and marketing associations.
