Abstract
► We study the level of technical efficiency in the olive oil industry from a multi-output perspective. ► We examine olive oil production in quantitative and qualitative terms and the environmental impact of the production process. ► We find a medium-high level of relative efficiency at the three indices. ► We conclude the importance of efficiency factors involving production and marketing associations.
