Abstract
⺠Two dimensions of policy impacts on economic cohesion are distinguished. ⺠First dimension: the redistributive impact at a defined period of time. ⺠Second dimension: the change of the redistributive impact over time. ⺠An empirical illustration of the concept with regard to the CAP is provided. ⺠CAP impacts are partly contradictory in Germany for the two dimensions.
