•Conductive and transparent PET-MWCNT is elaborated.•The dielectrical behavior of the PET-MWCNTs/MEH-PPV/Al structure is studied.•Possibility of integration our flexible electrode in the elaboration of OPV.
The dielectrical study in dark and under illumination of flexible organic photovoltaic cell (OPV) based on P3HT:PC70BM nanocomposite, which use transparent and conducting multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) thin films as anode on plastic substrate, is reported. The high frequency response appearing as a semi-circle indicates the homogeneous nature of the electrode–organic interface. On the other hand, inclined straight line localized at low frequency is attributed to recombination and bulk capacitance in the P3HT:PC70BM blend.
