Abstract
â¢A new veterinary drug formulation containing enrofloxacina was studied in broiler chickens.â¢A reliable validated LC-MS/MS analytical method was used for quantitation of ENR and CIP residues in chicken target tissues.â¢No sample results were below the limits of quantification (LOQ), meaning reliability on withdrawal time calculation.â¢The new veterinary formulation containing ENR has a low withdrawal period based on EU and Japanese government requirements.â¢This study is useful to regulatory bodies responsible for protect the consumer health from the consumption of chicken meat.
