Abstract
⺠Duroc sire line positively influences intramuscular fat and fat composition. ⺠Moura breed positively influences meat tenderness and intramuscular fat. ⺠The source of oil supplemented in the diet does not influence meat quality. ⺠The best n â 6/n â 3 ratio was obtained with dietary canola + flax oil supplementation. ⺠The least iodine value was obtained with dietary supplementation of canola oil.
