Abstract
⺠203 game samples of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Germany) were investigated. ⺠Investigation of fatty acids and micronutrients in feral roe deer and wild boar muscles ⺠Regional, age and gender differences in muscles were detected. ⺠Low n â 6/n â 3 PUFA ratio, high vitamin E, iron and selenium contents were detected.
