Abstract

âº Effect of EGCG was examined against DON-induced toxicity in HT-29 cells. âº EGCG protected HT-29 cells against DON-induced toxicity by cell proliferation assay. âº EGCG prevented ROS generation and combated oxidative stress. âº EGCG downregulated NF-ÎºB P65 and COX-2 expressions. âº EGCG prevented DON-induced apoptosis.
