Abstract
⺠Effect of EGCG was examined against DON-induced toxicity in HT-29 cells. ⺠EGCG protected HT-29 cells against DON-induced toxicity by cell proliferation assay. ⺠EGCG prevented ROS generation and combated oxidative stress. ⺠EGCG downregulated NF-κB P65 and COX-2 expressions. ⺠EGCG prevented DON-induced apoptosis.
