Abstract
⺠Analysis of non-intentionally added substances is necessary in food contact materials. ⺠QTOF-MS detection is a powerful tool for identifying the nonvolatile migrants. ⺠Migration and bioaccesibility studies of a LAE based active material are performed. ⺠LAE and other migrants were found in food simulants and chicken breast. ⺠Bioaccessibility studies showed that LAE was not available for intestinal absorption.
