Abstract
⺠A fast and easy IAC-HPLC-MS/MS method allowed fumonisins to be quantified. ⺠Organic products showed higher incidence of fumonisins than conventional products. ⺠Latitude and climatic conditions are an important factor for producing fumonisins. ⺠Occurrence of fumonisins in Spain was higher than France and German.
