Abstract
⺠From among the studied mycotoxins (AFs, DON, ZEA and OTA), DON was the most frequently found. ⺠Wheat bran samples were more often contaminated than oat bran samples. ⺠Bran accounts for an important percentage of DON intake in the diet. ⺠First study in dietary fibre.
