Abstract
⺠Linalool enhanced the antitumor activity of DOX by increasing the DOX level. ⺠The increase of DOX level was due to promotion of DOX influx via CNT3 by linalool. ⺠The combination of DOX with linalool led to reduced adverse reactions of DOX. ⺠Linalool as a food component is anticipated to be an effective DOX modulator.
