Abstract
► Linalool enhanced the antitumor activity of DOX by increasing the DOX level. ► The increase of DOX level was due to promotion of DOX influx via CNT3 by linalool. ► The combination of DOX with linalool led to reduced adverse reactions of DOX. ► Linalool as a food component is anticipated to be an effective DOX modulator.
