Abstract
⺠Obese individuals are more sensitive to alcohol-related health problems. ⺠Alcohol intake induced the dose and time-dependent systemic immune modulation in the obese-diabetic mice (db/db). ⺠Alcohol-induced immune alteration may be a mechanism of alcohol and obese-related secondary diseases.
