Abstract
⺠Sosihotang inhibited inflammatory mediators including NO, iNOS and cytokines. ⺠Anti-inflammatory activity of Sosihotang was related with blockade on NF-κB and MAPK pathway. ⺠Sosihotang inhibited NO and IL-6 production in mouse primary macrophages. ⺠Anti-inflammatory effect of Sosihotang might be related with active components in Sosihotang.
