Abstract
⺠We study the anti-inflammatory effect of DPEP in LPS-activated RAW 264.7 cells. ⺠DPEP inhibited production of NO, PGE2, and pro-inflammatory cytokines and levels of iNOS and COX-2. ⺠Moreover, DPEP exhibited anti-inflammatory properties by suppression of NF-κB and MPAKs pathways.
