Abstract
⺠The total flavonoids (TFs) showed obvious preventing effects on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice. ⺠TFs inhibited the production of free radicals. ⺠TFs improved nuclear and mitochondrial injury caused by CCl4. ⺠TFs decreased the incidence of inflammation and apoptosis in CCl4-treated liver.
