Abstract
⺠Naringin inhibits the proliferation of human cervical cancer cells. ⺠We examine changes in the level of cell cycle distribution on SiHa cells. ⺠Administration of Naringin depolarize the mitochondrial membrane potential. ⺠Naringin enhances the expression of caspase-3, -8, and -9, p53, Bax, Fas and FADD. ⺠Naringin exhibits anticancer activity against SiHa cancer cells.
