Abstract
⺠The bile duct ligation (BDL) model is a well-known model for research in cholestasis. ⺠We evaluate the protective effect of the platycodin D (PD) on cholestasis in mice. ⺠During cholestasis, free radicals give damages to the liver cells and leads fibrosis. ⺠PD attenuated oxidative stress and pathological alteration in BDL received mice.
