Abstract
⺠Anti-inflammatory activity of saucerneol D (SD) was evaluated using mast cells. ⺠SD dose-dependently inhibited generation of PGD2 and LTC4 as well as degranulation. ⺠SD suppressed Syk-mediated activation of PLCγ1, MAP kinases and NF-κB pathway. ⺠SD might be beneficial in regulating various allergic inflammatory reactions.
