Abstract
► Anti-inflammatory activity of saucerneol D (SD) was evaluated using mast cells. ► SD dose-dependently inhibited generation of PGD2 and LTC4 as well as degranulation. ► SD suppressed Syk-mediated activation of PLCγ1, MAP kinases and NF-κB pathway. ► SD might be beneficial in regulating various allergic inflammatory reactions.
