Abstract
⺠Strawberry and mulberry fruit polysaccharides were isolated in this study. ⺠The isolated polysaccharides modulated macrophages' cytokine secretion ratio. ⺠The polysaccharides changed Bcl-2/Bak protein levels in LPS-stimulated macrophages. ⺠The polysaccharides exhibited anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects.
