Abstract
⺠We examine the mycotoxin natural occurrence in fruit juice and puree. ⺠We increase the information about the risk exposure of young consumers. ⺠We showed the bioaccessibility of patulin during digestion processes. ⺠We suggest to increase the surveillance on juices and other products based on apples and other fruits.
