Abstract
► Chrysin contributed to the anti-tumor activity of the herb “Duoyi”. ► Chrysin repressed in vivo growth of transplanted H22 tumor cells. ► Chrysin exhibited low toxicology effects to tumor-bearing mice. ► Chrysin induced transplant tumor cell apoptosis in vivo. ► The anti-angiogenesis effect of chrysin was directly evaluated.
