Abstract
⺠DEHP, a common plasticizer, has been a major safety problem to human health. ⺠Electrophysiology properties of PN were examined to show the neurotoxicity of DEHP. ⺠DEHP could alter the neuron properties by inhibiting the calcium channel activity. ⺠Drosophila can be an ideal neural circuit model used to detect the effects of DEHP.
