Abstract
⺠Nobiletin induces CYP1A1 and CYP1B1 in MCF7 cells. ⺠CYP1 enzymes metabolize nobiletin to NM1 in MCF7 cells. ⺠NM1 is produced by a single demethylation step. ⺠Metabolism of nobiletin enhances the cytostatic effect in MCF7 cells.
