Abstract
⺠In mice infused i.c.v. with Aβ1-40, EGT increased learning and memory abilities. ⺠EGT inhibited hippocampus Aβ accumulation and brain tissue oxidative damage. ⺠EGT may be useful for attenuating the development or progression of AD.
