Abstract
⺠Metabolomics biomarker evaluation after exposure to melamine and cyanuric acid. ⺠Melamine and cyanuric acid affected males slightly more than females. ⺠Hydroxyproline increased consistent with clinical chemistry and histopathology. ⺠Hydroxyproline may be a marker of melamine and cyanuric acid-induced kidney injury.
