Abstract
⺠Removal of six pesticides from white wine by five fining agents and doses were investigated. ⺠Fining agents were efficient for the removal of the pesticides studied with varying degrees. ⺠The efficiency was in the following order: act-carbon > casein > bentonite > kieselsol-gelatine. ⺠There was no significant correlation between agent doses and amount of pesticides removed. ⺠Endosulfan, penconazole, imazalil, tetradifon were efficiently removed by all fining agents.
