Abstract
► Removal of six pesticides from white wine by five fining agents and doses were investigated. ► Fining agents were efficient for the removal of the pesticides studied with varying degrees. ► The efficiency was in the following order: act-carbon > casein > bentonite > kieselsol-gelatine. ► There was no significant correlation between agent doses and amount of pesticides removed. ► Endosulfan, penconazole, imazalil, tetradifon were efficiently removed by all fining agents.
