Abstract
⺠(OMePhSe)2 protects against renotoxicity induced by cisplatin in mice. ⺠(OMePhSe)2 attenuated histopathological alterations induced by cisplatin exposure in mice. ⺠The increase in urea and creatinine levels resulting of cisplatin exposure in mice was protected by (OMePhSe)2. ⺠(OMePhSe)2 protected against the inhibition of renal CAT, GST, GPx and GR activities caused by cisplatin exposure in mice.
