Abstract
⺠The subchronic toxicity of SIM010603 was investigated in rats and dogs. ⺠The toxicity mainly including myelosuppression, bronchopneumonia, cardiovascular dysfunction and pancreatic toxicity. ⺠SIM010603 showed comparable toxicity effect at beagle dogs, while better tolerability at SD rats compared to Sunitinib.
