Abstract
► The subchronic toxicity of SIM010603 was investigated in rats and dogs. ► The toxicity mainly including myelosuppression, bronchopneumonia, cardiovascular dysfunction and pancreatic toxicity. ► SIM010603 showed comparable toxicity effect at beagle dogs, while better tolerability at SD rats compared to Sunitinib.
