Abstract
⺠Farnesyl thiosalicylic acid is Ras and GW 5074 is selective c-Raf1 inhibitor. ⺠Vincristine administration for 10 days produced hyperalgesia and allodynia. ⺠Intrathecal delivery of farnesyl thiosalicylic acid and GW 5074 attenuated pain. ⺠Ras and c-Raf-1 may serve as potential targets for neuropathic pain management.
