Abstract
⺠Toona sinensis leaf extracts (TS extracts) arrested HL-60 cell growth at G1-S transition phase. ⺠TS extracts induced cell-cycle arrest was mediated by ROS generation in HL-60 cells. ⺠TS extracts inhibited VEGF expression and release in HL-60 cells. ⺠TS extracts delayed tumor progression in HL-60 xenograft nude mice.
