Abstract
⺠Quercetin ameliorates lipidemic profile induced by monosodium glutamate administration. ⺠Quercetin reduces insulin and leptin circulating levels. ⺠Quercetin normalizes glucose concentration and reduces liver and kidney toxicity, in MSG-treated rats' model.
