Abstract
⺠We report applicability of polarographic antioxidant method on propolis extracts. ⺠Antioxidant activity was correlated with hydrogen peroxide electrode reaction. ⺠DPPH-radical scavenging activity and phenolic content of propolis extracts was done. ⺠Antioxidant activity quantification of commercial propolis extracts was introduced.
