Abstract
⺠Is possible to elaborate a preserve with a 62.50% sucrose reduction in the formulation. ⺠Consumption of the LCGP with lactulose can potentiate the oxidative stress. ⺠The LCGP with 16% lactulose does not have an effect on the development the ACF. ⺠The LCGP with lactulose did not change the body weight gain.
