Abstract
⺠Melissa officinalis L. is a source of nutraceuticals. ⺠Infusions of commercial samples showed high antioxidant potential. ⺠In vitro cultured sample showed high contents in tocopherols and ascorbic acid. ⺠In vitro culture can be used to increase the production of some metabolites.
