Abstract
⺠Buckwheat honey has the highest antioxidant activity. ⺠We studied the protective effects of buckwheat honeys on DNA oxidative damage. ⺠Buckwheat honeys can inhibit DNA oxidative damage. ⺠p-Hydroxybenzoic and p-coumaric acids are the main phenolic compounds.
