Abstract
⺠Exhaustive cycling leads to oxidative stress. ⺠Oxidative stress is correlated with muscle fatigue and reduced exercise performance. ⺠Carbohydrate and protein supplementation in solid form decreases lipid peroxidation, an oxidative stress marker.
