Abstract
⺠Distribution/composition profiles of fatty acids in different fish tissues varied. ⺠Distributions of PCBs/PBDEs in different part of muscles varied. ⺠Fish tissues were generally beneficial for human health based on their PUFAs. ⺠Benefit-risk of co-ingestion of fatty acids, PCBs, and PBDEs were evaluated. ⺠The health risk consuming the dorsal muscle was generally lower than other muscles.
