Abstract
⺠Platycodon grandiflorum root-derived saponin (CKS) suppresses acrolein-induced MUC5AC expression in A549 cells. ⺠CKS suppresses acrolein-induced ROS production. ⺠CKS suppresses acrolein-induced MUC5AC expression by inhibiting the activation of NF-κB via PKCδ-MAPK signaling.
