Abstract
⺠We investigated the effects of cadmium on osteoclast precursor differentiation. ⺠Cadmium could increase tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase activity. ⺠Cadmium could induce osteoclast precursor differentiation to osteoclast. ⺠RANK, TRAF6, Fra1, s-crc, c-fos involves in osteoclast differentiation induced by cadmium.
