Abstract
⺠We examined the effect of a mixture of dietary components (RISC) on obesity. ⺠RISC inhibited high-fat diet (HFD)-induced increase in body weight and fat. ⺠RISC exerted beneficial effects on HFD-induced changes in lipid profile. ⺠RISC inhibited HFD-induced lipid accumulation in liver.
