Abstract
⺠The biomarkers were evaluated in clams exposed to Cd and BaP. ⺠The combined toxicity of Cd and BaP is much higher than single contaminant. ⺠The mixture of Cd and BaP induce the oxidative enzyme activities more significantly. ⺠A significant interaction was observed for Cd and BaP accumulation in the clam. ⺠There are some differences in response in clam to single and combined contaminants.
